1. What is EIFS? EIFS is an acrylic exterior stucco (exterior insulation finishing systems) and is available in either a 5 year, 7 year, or 10 year warranty. EIFS is available in an infinite assortment of colors designed to meet your architectural specifications and personal preferences.

3. What type of maintenance does EIFS require? Periodic cleaning is suggested. Sealants should be checked yearly, as well as like other cladding systems, including brick and vinyl.

4. How do I clean my EIFS system? You may use a mild detergent or environmentally friendly commercial cleaner and cool water, just do not use a cleaner which contains solvents. You can apply the cleaning solution to your EIFS system with a soft bristle brush and rinse the system thoroughly. You may also power wash your system with a psi setting of 300-500 psi using cool water.

5. Can I change the color or recolor my EIFS system? You may paint over your existing acrylic system with an acrylic latex paint using a nappy roller.
